I requested a room upgrade upon arrival, and despite following up multiple times during my 7-night stay, I was repeatedly told there was no availability. This felt like a clear disregard for my request, especially since I had stayed at this hotel before and expected better service.

Consider requesting a room away from the elevator to avoid noise in the mornings.

We just spent 4 nights in a Deluxe King Room, and it was fab! The room was clean, well stocked, and comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always there with umbrellas when it rained. The location is really perfect for exploring London. One small thing, the bar could get a little crowded at peak hours.

Deluxe King Room, amazing service, the concierge was super-helpful in reserving us a table at the exclusive French Brasserie Zédel and the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Piccadilly Circus.

Everything was just perfect.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the huge, comfy beds in our suite. The spa was a real treat, especially the sauna and massage options available to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was that the late check-out request wasn't fully accommodated, but it didn’t ruin our experience! 😊
